The glasses were created in collaboration with the Kahotski eyewear design studio from Prague

Every person „carries/ wears“ a certain degree of inner pain. And it is through this pain that they view and evaluate the world.

The term „carries/ wears“ also refers to the culture of clothing and design, which is currently associated with the creation of self-branding as a necessary tool for survival. Artist Harvey Ross Ball contributed significantly to visual poverty and the simplification of emotions as early as the 1960s.

Thanks to the corporate system of employee performance rewards, emotions have found their way into classification methods in basic education and other areas of everyday communication.

Through institutional exploitation of emotions, we as humanity have fallen into our own trap. Just as the power of words has been lost through their overuse in propaganda, emotions are also traded and exploited as a product or commodity.
